We had a beautiful nativity pageant on Christmas Eve thanks to Nana's beautiful costumes and all of the cousins. Madison, Trinidy and Ryan were our wise guys, I mean wise men.
Alyssa and Ashton were shepherds.
Payton and Krystie our angels.
'Mary' and 'Joseph' decided that pageantry just wasn't there thing so we ended up recasting Ashton as Mary. She 'rode' patiently on her donkey. As long as she got to hold the baby she was there (Last year she was the baby)
When we asked Alex to be Joseph in the play he asked what play. I explained to him the play about Jesus being born. He replied, "No thanks, I've already seen that one." Yeah, about that, this is going to be at minimum a yearly thing. Sorry bud.
