Classes at Disneyland

We had the wonderful opportunity to be able to take some classes at Disneyland. I should say the girls had the opportunity. Alex, Ashton and I went and hung out while they were in their classes. (But hanging out in Disneyland is pretty easy)

Madison took a Physics class. When she came out she a great knowledge of roller coasters. "They used to only do roller coasters on tracks" she explained, "But then they discovered that using magnets made a much smoother ride...." and then they put them on the roller coaster. She loved it.

Payton took a class on animation. "This is the way they animated in the 90s," she said flipping pictures quickly, "Then they thought of a new technique- computer animation". It is really neat for them to know the 'behind the scenes info' about such a cool place as Disneyland.

Alex rarely enjoys getting his pictures taken. He went up tho this 'Cars' display and said, "Mom, take my picture!" An opportunity to catch him standing still..... how could I resist?

The best part of this trip to Disney was that we had so many friends who were also there. Every time we would say good-bye to one group, we found another who wanted to do rides with us. It was so much fun.

And Ashton was, as always, happy to be there!
