This past weekend Alex and Kevin attended the Stake Father and Sons Campout. Alex had a great time. When they were preparing to go, Kevin asked Alex what food he should buy for them to take. No big surprise Alex replied, "Four packages of powdered doughnuts." He didn't have to ask his dad twice. :)
Alex told me that his favorite part was playing baseball.
He did tell me that his dad made a bad choice. Dad pretended to through him into the fire and "that was just so dangerous". Yes, sometimes daddy's jokes aren't funny. :)They slept in the van and when the sun was up, the whole camp was up. I am glad they had time together. In our world of Barbie, Polly Pocket and everything else girl, I am happy that he had time to be a boy!
