On Monday we went to the San Francisco Zoo. It was great because it was slightly over cast and it wasn't very busy. The kids had a great time watching all of the animals.
We had great fun just playing and being a family.
Would you believe that there was only 1 picture of Alex from the entire day? I was actually hard pressed to find many pictures with the kids in them at all. Out of 181 pictures 48 only had people in them. Guess who had the camera. :) Looking for the silver lining in my husbands habit, I realized that it is neat to have those animal pictures when we run the slide shows on the TV for the kids. They care about the animals and it feels like we are visiting the zoo again. :)
It was fun going in spring because there had been a lot of babies born. There were two giraffe calves born. It is amazing to see a baby that is over 6 feet tall when they are born.
The Jacksons left straight from the zoo. It was fun to reconnect with Dale and Stacy and get to know their great kids!
(BTW same thing for the SF Zoo. We ended up buying passes so call us!)

I think we need to start making your wishes a reality! Once we move in there is plenty of room. Please know you are always welcome! We really miss you all!
