The stairway.... kinda what ruined it for me (meaning I had to have it after seeing it!). I still see them coming down the stairs on Christmas morning! Hopefully with fresh paint and new carpet. Mind you with the house purchase, presents are going to be rather sparse! :)

It is such I beautiful home. We just can't believe how much the previous owners just let the kids go crazy. Stickers on that pretty fireplace...what we're they thinking?
