The whole reason for our trip to Canada was for my Grandma's 90th birthday party. The day before there was a lot of work to be done and everyone had a job to do. Krystie and Payton decorated 2 cakes. One of them was for Granny and the other was a children's cake. One little boy who would be attending was giving up his birthday party to come so they decorated it specially for him. (Wow).
Madison worked on a variety of things but the highlights were chopping broccoli (what a tedious job... it was mine and I kept trying to hand it off to anyone who looked like they needed refocusing..... ) and cutting lettuce for the salads.
Alysa being the only official teenager, showed us how important it was to keep ourselves 'hydrated' while we were working. (Gotta love Mac's slushies)
Erik had the important job of Ashton patrol. She adores him and he does a great job at keeping her happy and entertained. Thanks Erik.
