A Fall Scene

The kids brought home some of their pictures from their art class. The teacher uses the Monart Method and I am really pleased with the pieces my children have been bringing home.

This particular assignment was to draw a fall scene. Alex's is the top one. While I think the scarecrow is darling..... I love the "To Mom" the most. He writes that on his art work a lot.





Payton's looks warm and inviting (the kinda place that you would like to stop by on an afternoon walk).
















Madison has that attention to detail. The pumpkin patch was definitely studied. The different shades of color, the warm fall sky.... ah so peaceful.





I love how my kids are able to translate the assignment into their own artistic style.
