On Monday we went to Hidden Villa to explore. Hidden Villa is an organic farm in Los Altos Hills which offers classes and tours for children and families. The kids had a great time touring, taking classes and interacting with the animals.
Here is Alex getting a 'pig kiss'. They told the kids to hold their hand flat out and then the pig
would kiss (lick) his hand. (Hmm why don't I have any pictures of the girls getting their hands kissed by pigs?)So the girls chased down these poor chickens in order to hold them. Enough said.
Ashton finally conked out and missed her opportunity to chase down a chicken! Darn.
The kids took a class called "Birds and Beaks". It was a lesson about adaptation. Ashton showed that she could adapt to her new enviroment. She took off her shoes (someone remind me why I continue to purchase them?) and hung out on the couch. Too cute!
