Ward Halloween Party

Friday night was the Ward Halloween Party and let me just say it was amazing. They should have sold tickets, no kidding. So much work went into it. There were great games for the kids, a 'spooky restuarant' with scarey food like 'wolf's paws, witches fingers....' and for dessert things like grave plots. It was over the top!

Part of our family dressed up in oriental clothing. Madison co-oridnated her costume with her friend (fangs were not an original part of the costume). Her BFF (not at the party) was Kit and Madison was Ruthie (with matching clothes for their American Girl Dolls)

Alex was given a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Costume (even though he hasn't seen one.... ) but he LOVED it! We thought it was appropriate (an asian costume- a ninja. DNA mutated.. better stop here.....)

We will have better pictures of our family costumes at a later date. The fuzzy one of Ashton and I wasn't supposed to make it on to the blog, but right now it is too much work to delete it. :) At least there is some proof that after many, many, many, many (you get the point) years, I finally dressed up.

It was a very active and fun party (that combined with the lack of batteries for our camera- the pictures are a little lacking.... sorry!)
