Happy Father's Day

Kevin's sleep schedule is a little different than the rest of the family's. The kids and I were up before 7 am and they of course wanted to make Dad his breakfast in bed right away. (Isn't that the first thing you do when you wake up?) I told Kevin that part of his gift from me was making them wait until 8:30. :) (You're welcome by the way...)

Payton showing her cuisine gifts, made pancakes for Daddy all by herself. The only thing she needed help with was getting the lid off of the brand new syrup container. Way to go Payton!

We are so lucky to have you as our dad. You are so kind and loving. Thanks for always playing with us and bringing balance to our home! We love you!

(It should also be noted that later that morning I put more paper in the printer to get some stuff ready for church. A contract written by Madison printed out. The printer must have run out of paper and she may have thought that the printer wasn't hooked up so she didn't try the obvious. It had list of items that she wanted followed while she was at Girls Camp. The first one on the list- Dad and Alex canNOT sleep in her bed. Oops- day one and the first request broken. Of course it had to be on a day when we are taking pictures so the violation is recorded. Now even if I do boil the bed sheets she will still know.... I should also mention that Madison has the MOST comfortable bed in the house. We kinda 'suped' it up for my mom when she came and now it is divine. Kevin's back has been bothering him from all of the moving so he took it over as soon as she left. Sorry Madison. Think of it as your Father's Day gift to Dad!)
